WHAT TO
EXPECT
We're a welcoming and diverse church in the heart of Stockton's beautiful Country Club neighborhood. Calvary is a community where you'll be welcomed, whether you're new to faith or a life-long follower of Jesus. Read below to find out more about what you can expect.
When are your services?
Every Sunday at 10 am at our chapel in Stockton, CA (2343 Country Club Blvd, Stockton, CA 95204). We also stream all of our services online on our website. The service lasts about 75 minutes. If you're joining us online, we encourage you to connect to the service 5-10 minutes early to make sure you have everything set up correctly.
What are the services like?
Our goal every Sunday is to teach the Bible, which is inspired by God and useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16)
Every Sunday we provide message notes for you to follow along. You can pick these up in your program if you're joining in person. If you're joining online, the notes are next to the stream video window under the tab labelled "notes."
Is there A Place At Calvary For My Children?
Yes! We have a special program called Calvary Kids designed for all ages.
For newborns and infants - We have a separate nursery in our kids area. Or, if mom and dad want to stay in the service with their newborn, we have a cry room at the back of the chapel.
For 2 years through 6th grade - A fun-filled and safe environment during the main worship service where your kids will learn about Jesus. All our kids ministry programs are centered around teaching your kids the Bible in a safe, fun environment. Our kids ministry mission is Equipped. Engaged. Encouraged. Calvary Kids are EQUIPPED to know who Jesus is and follow what Jesus says, ENGAGED by representing Jesus wherever they go and standing up for Jesus so everyone will know, and ENCOURAGED to help others around them and tell others what Jesus has done.

What SHOULD I EXPECT FOR MUSIC?
Our aim is to exalt Christ in our times of musical worship. We exalt Christ by leading our church family in singing a mix of modern worship songs and hymns.
